Deposit POlicy
In order to secure your booking, a 50% online deposit is required. Your deposit is fully refundable if canceling for any reason at least 72 hours before your excursion. Credit card refunds are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
All reservations for blackout dates, including the week of Thanksgiving and December 18th through January 18th, are final. Deposits are nonrefundable for bookings on blackout dates.
Deposits are fully refundable in the event of harbormaster weather advisories which restrict the navigation of recreational boats.
Deposits for eLearning courses are nonrefundable.
